MyEHR is one health record for each person, not another hospital system. Every hospital, clinic and lab adds to the same record, and you decide who sees it.
Free for patients
Sign up with your mobile number. Your reports arrive by themselves, with no paper to keep safe.
You decide who sees it
A doctor asks and you answer on your phone. You choose what they see and for how long.
Any phone, in Bangla
Made for slow connections and small screens. Bangla first, English whenever you like.

What a health record actually is
A health record is the story of your health: test results, prescriptions, diagnoses, allergies and hospital stays. Today it lives in pieces, in files at each hospital and papers at home.
MyEHR keeps those pieces in one place that belongs to you. Nothing is shared without your say. Doctors ask first, and you can see every time someone opens it.
- Step 1
Sign up
Your mobile number and a code we send by SMS. It takes about two minutes.
- Step 2
Reports arrive
When a lab or hospital on MyEHR finishes a report, it lands in your record.
- Step 3
You approve
A doctor asks to see your record. You choose what they see and for how long.
- Step 4
You stay in control
See who looked, and when. Take access back at any time.
What the record holds
- Your clinical records. Lab reports, prescriptions, diagnoses, allergies, imaging and doctor notes from facilities on MyEHR.
- Your name, mobile number and date of birth, so each report reaches the right person.
- Nothing is quietly rewritten. A change to a signed doctor note is added as an amendment. The original stays.
- The access log cannot be edited afterwards, and any tampering shows.
Who can see your record
- Doctors you approve, for the record types you choose, for as long as you choose.
- In an emergency, a doctor or nurse can open it without asking. They must write down why, access ends after 4 hours, you and your family are told at once, and a facility admin reviews it within 72 hours.
- Your blood group and allergies are always shown to a doctor treating you, so a mistake never happens for lack of them.
- Family members you add can keep records for children and parents on the same phone. Each person keeps their own approvals.
Your rights, at every step
- To say no to any request, without giving a reason.
- To take access back at any time. It ends straight away.
- To see every access: who opened your record, from which facility, and when.
- To have things explained in plain Bangla. Every medical term comes with a simple line.
- To report any access you did not expect, and have it looked into.
This page is a summary to help you decide. It is not medical advice. Talk to your own doctor about any health decision.

What you get
The history before the patient sits down. Past labs, diagnoses, medicines and allergies from every facility on the network, with the patient's approval.
Reports in one screen. Upload a signed report and it reaches the patient's phone at once.
No new hardware. Works in a web browser on the computers you already have.
Standards built in. Records in HL7 FHIR R4 and diagnoses in ICD-10, so other systems can read them.
See the portal your staff would use, with invented patients. No sign-in, no account.
Open the demo portalWhat we ask of a facility
A licensed facility, with staff who confirm each patient's identity before a report is sent.
A named admin who reviews every emergency access within 72 hours, not the person who used it.
Honest feedback on what works and what gets in the way.

How facilities use MyEHR
Builtforwhereit'shardest.GrowingacrossBangladesh.
Example · Diabetes clinic · Dhaka division
What a returning diabetes visit could look like. Illustrative figures from the prototype, not results from a real clinic.
What changes
Before
~20min
Piecing together a returning patient's history from papers and memory.
With MyEHR
2min
To read the same history on one screen, with every past report attached.
Your history should travel with you, not in a bag.
For patients
See the last HbA1c before the patient sits down.
For doctors
Where else it helps
Mothers and newborns
Antenatal visits, delivery and vaccines in one record, even when a family moves between a village clinic and a city hospital.
Long-term conditions
Diabetes, high blood pressure and kidney disease need years of results side by side. One record keeps the trend.
Emergencies
Blood group and allergies are there for the treating doctor, even when the patient cannot speak.
Builttoconnect:withthepatientincontrol.
Labs, notes, medicines and allergies in one view, not ten paper files.

How MyEHR protects people.
Health records are among the most private things a person has. That is the hard part we built around. What it means for patients is set out in plain words here.
Consent first.
No doctor sees a record until the patient approves.
Every access logged.
Who opened it, from where, and when. The log cannot be edited.
Emergency access has limits.
A written reason, 4 hours at most, and a review within 72 hours.
Safety scope.
Blood group and allergies are always visible to the treating clinician.
Take it back any time.
One tap ends a doctor's access.
