Sign in to the provider portal

For doctors and staff at DGHS-licensed facilities. Every record you open is logged and visible to the patient.

For example SGH. Ask your facility admin if you do not know it.
Doctors use their BMDC number, for example A-12345. Other staff use their staff ID, for example ND-0142.

  • Dr. Farhana Akter (doctor): facility code SGH, staff ID A-00000
  • Md. Rakib (lab technologist): facility code ND, staff ID ND-0142
  • Anwar Hossain (facility admin): facility code SGH, staff ID SGH-0007
